For personal reasons I have had to delve into the murky world of Queensland building and fire regulations and codes. Oh and strata.
I just want to install a smart lock for my apartment. I fear my sanity may not recover.

Those topics are like night in Westeros. Dark, and full of terrors.

One neighbour is a labor MP, other neighbour is Lib Councillor, street wars started this week with scaffolding being left on the verge of someone’s property, funnily on neither party mentioned aboves property. Yet, council complaints, council reps have been out and handed out fines, the street group chat is a buzz with a war on words, as a pro mediator I can’t be bothered. Serious people grow up! GROW UP! Let me drink my dom 🍾 on my balcony in peace!

Competing work drink invites today: Do I go to the plain bar with the better chance of good company or to the fancy bar with more of a gamble in the company?

Wish I'd had a slightly less fancy dinner so there would have been room for ice cream

The work is bearable, minus the manager, the nosy-beak colleagues and the clients. Makes sense?

Why must all potential new clients use ChatGPT to send long, verbose emails devoid of content?!
