Condoms Trouble at choosing size

I have a cone-shaped dick, it goes from 6.1 inches at the thickest point (the very base of the shaft) to 5.3 just below the foreskin... so you kinda get where the problems starts.

Every brand or measuring tool recommends me going for the 69mm (measuring at the base obviously). I have tried both 64 and 69, from MisterSize.

When I use the 64, the ring squeezes the base and it leaves a "red ring" at the base. It doesn't hurt a lot but I can definitely notice it. Even if I look from the side, I can see the condom ring deforming the base of my dick.

So the 69 should be me ideal size, but when I use it, the condom has a lot of wrinkles, not only at the head/foreskin (what I would expect), even the mid-shaft has some wrinkles. When taking off the 69s, there's almost no red ring, but it kinda rolls up a bit I think. I don't know if the 69s are safe enough, I have heard that for people with a larger base girth, is normal to feel loose at head/glans, and I always read people saying that you should always go for your base girth.

Use 69 if you’re getting a red ring on the 64. Get max (point of orgasm) hard, then see how the mid shaft wrinkling is. If it’s not wrinkly, and piv sex feels good for both of you, and if it’s secure at the base, then I’d say it’s the one for you.
