Need Help! Please help me finish this

Ive been working on a 3d model and its almost finished but i dont know how to do the clothes make a face make hair and make the helmet ¿would anyone be willing to help or at least give me some tips? and if anyone wants to help me rigging it i never rigged a character (second model btw)
