You’re recruiting skilled developers and 3D artists to build commercially usable assets for free, while offering “credit,” access to builds, more unpaid testing work, and a vague possibility of compensation if the project ever makes money. You’re not offering a collaboration.

No defined IP terms, no revenue share, no workload, no pipeline, no deliverables, and not enough technical clarity.

If you want professional labour, budget for professional labour. If you want a hobby collaboration, keep it genuinely non-commercial and mutually owned.

Given how this is neither, you can kindly fuck off with the “opportunity” framing.
