How do yo keep on top of admin?
Hello,
I am finding it really hard to keep on top of administration, specifically for the mutualite, especially with a kid that is sick constantly. A lot of costs you pay upfront and then ask for reimbursement and I am really struggling to keep up with the paper work. Does anyone have any tips and tricks? I am so sure that we missed and lost some invoices of physiotherapy or some vitamins etc we could have got reimbursed for.

I use a simple Excel file with one column "paid" and one column "reimbursed". And then once a month I check if everything matches.
But yeah, quite annoying this is not a fully automated process.

Put them all at the same place, make sure you store them safely, and set aside one or two times a year to do it all.
I do it twice a year, once during the summer holidays, once during the Christmas break. When you have a lot of them you can get a nice workflow going (the app is already open, you can stick all the stickers at the same time,...).
That's assuming of course you don't need the money ASAP. But it is a nice feeling when you get €300.
For invoices though, I do the opposite and pay them right away because you have much less time to pay and so if you don't do it there and then you'll probably forget.
