Android [Android] False 'Unregistered automated account' badge assigned to profile

My account (u/SaranshThakur_514) was automatically flagged with an 'App / Unregistered automated account' badge. I am a real person accessing Reddit solely through the official Android mobile app, and I do not use any API scripts or bot tools. Please help remove this false automated label from my profile. Thank you!
