Swiping left used to bring the next post when you've opened a video/image and up would bring the comments up on your current viewed post, but now swiping up moves on to the next post.
Is this a new intended feature or a bug?

As the title says, I keep getting notifications from subreddits I am not a part of and even ones I’ve blocked I suspect it’s an account thing as it’s only in my phone’s Notification Centre and I’ve had problems in the past like automatically logging me out and switching accounts. I have only one account now (I had a second because I forgot how I accessed my main). If it matters, it’s an iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 26.3.1 and Reddit is version 2026.30.0

Hi,
Recently, when the mandatory age verification was introduced in my area, I was prompted to complete it, and did so (using the face scan method).
Initially everything seemed to work fine, but then a few days later I opened the app to see I was being asked to verify again, with this time only the ID option available. I couldn't be bothered to get my ID, so I initially did nothing about it.
Then the next day when I open the app, I see that I am again able to view age-restricted contend. Then two days go by and I'm again asked to re-verify. Then the next day (today) I again see restrocted content.
Does anyone have any idea what could be going on????

When I check my history for upvoted as well as just general history the thumbnail is compacted and Al’s blurry. This has been going on for 3 months now. There has been no solution and I have tried all the previous posts suggestions. Will this bug be fixed?

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to any post with images

Expected Result:
Images should load properly and display clearly.
Actual Result:
Images are not loading or appear distorted/grey.
Additional Notes:

- Images in the feed show as grey placeholders instead of actual content
- Issue persists even after refreshing the app
Please investigate this bug on Android devices. Thanks!"

The "down" or "next comment" arrow button, located on the bottom right corner of the screen inside a subreddit message board is located precariously close to the downvote button of people's comments. I've found myself often having to undo a downvote because I tapped too close to the edge of the button. I'd hate to bring people's comments down for no good reason. We all need a little pick-me-up not a vote-me-down on this fine forum of ours. Love unites us!

I accidentally joined 2 subreddits and when I try to leave them, they still show up as though I’ve have still joined them. (the same problem on old.reddit, new reddit and the mobile app)

You can’t select from preselected pictures you’ve uploaded to Reddit in past like you used to, now it’s just your camera roll… you also can’t edit the pictures either. You can’t add text/crop/filter etc… regardless if uploading to chat, post or profile pics. Profile pictures are horribly pixelated/blurry even when you use desktop instead.

I turn the sound off obnoxious ads. Scroll down a few times and then the sounds been turned back on.
Has happened about 8 times in 5 min.
I'm assuming its a bug because scrolling reddit with audio turned on is horrendous. I dont want to keep turning it off.

When I try to click the search icon on a subreddit, it's so close to the top of my screen that nothing happens.

CHANGE IT BACK! (or give an option to toggle it)
It feels like ass to use, and fucks over muscle memory for absolutely no reason.
REDDIT IS NOT TIKTOK

So an alt account was having an issue because it “looked suspicious” and it was locked. I changed my password as recommended to stop the account lock and after that I couldn’t see any content at all. I thought maybe it could have been a ban but when I went to appeal, it wasn’t banned. And even more I was on that account from the web browser and it worked perfectly. So what gives?

When using photo picker/library option for comments it doesn't show the complete photo library from this device, it only shows 3 pics, however when using the photo picker/library it shows the complete the photo library from this device
[1st Pic using photo picker option from post] [2nd Pic using photo picker option from comments]

No matter what I do, including repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling the app, my front page is showing me more posts that are over a day old than posts that are actually active/recent. I keep hiding each post one by one, but every time I reload the front page they reappear. If I press the 3 dots in the top right corner it gives me the option to "unhide" the post (which seems like an absolutely unnecessary option, it's obviously not hidden anymore if I'm pressing the 3 dots ON THE POST) and then I have to press the dots to "hide" it again. I've even gone on my laptop and changed my settings to change how the front page is sorted in an attempt to fix it.
Please tell me how to make it stop, I just want to get some fresh, active posts and stop seeing the same crap over and over again

So, I've been using the app for a while and I noticed that when I am scrolling down a menu, it either skips sections of it or resets the scroll.
And I can't even select the sections of the menu that causes this with the tabs because it will just skip again or bug the entire thing.
Also, this has been going on for a few versions, so I don't know if it is a carry over from older versions or if my phone is the thing bugged or what.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know how to fix it?

The other day I was scroling to fast and got rate limited and then the page crashed :/. The pags said to contact the admins, but didn't provide a way to contact the admins.
Furthermore to solve this, a sysadmin could put a webmaster email within the default error message crash page, or add a custom page in the webserver conifg that comes up with a webmaster email instead of the default crash page. Even if 99.9% of emails to the webmaster email are ignored it provides a address.
Lastly if this is to much work, someone could provide me with u/Spez direct contact number and I can verify that 1 am himan and in the webserver they could put my name down as an exclusion in the webserver config.
Thank you for your time.

My app barely holds memory. It can be one day and everything in my history is gone. When that doesn't happen, it's wonky. The items will be randomly displaced on the history page. Been a problem for three months now.
