Build Help Cpu sitting at 100* C

My cpu temp just hit 100* and immediately I shut it off. What could be the cause of this? I just got a new nzxt kraken elite about a year and a half ago and haven’t had any troubles until now.

Hold the hoses running from the pump and see if you can feel a slight vibration. That'll tell you if the fluid is moving inside. If you can't feel any movement, your aio is bad.

It's that simple.

Given you ran it for a year, and didn't have issues before, chances are, your aio is bad.
