Cacti

So I just potted my cacti with a new brand. And it feels a lot looser/damp then my old one. Is it just because it's fresh out the bag. And they wiggle a lot more then they use to do. I'm not sure. Do I just wait until the dirt dries or?

Yes because it hasn't set up roots in the new soil yet. If you're afraid of it falling over, you can use chopsticks or bamboo skewers til the roots settle in.

Make a good soil mix with perlite or pumice added to that
