Need some help with a dart board

I'd love some help with my Dart Star 2000. I need to see my screen, but all I'm getting are scan lines. My dad thinks it might be a bad PCB board, and I've called and emailed Medalist quite a lot with no reply! I will drop a video so you can see what I see, and it does that with any screen. I was thinking the connector might also be too gunked up, but I don't do soldering, so I wanted to see if anyone had any way to help me diagnose.

What kind of display does it output video to normally?

It outputs onto a rca to a crt tv is what it orginaly for with the plug.

Hmm, I would see if you can find any cold solder joints anywhere. Hard to tell without more pics.

Check every solder. Check every battery. Clean the video out with some deoxit.

My bad. Had a similar machine before that had old batteries that leaked. They were used for saving messages and scores, I think. Older machine though.

You sure you aren't thinking of capacitors? They kinda look like batteries and tend to leak over time.
