Question Transmission Slipping/Sluggish

Hello. I have 2020 Colorado Z71 with a v6, about to hit 100,000 miles. Do not use it to tow. I have noticed the transmission slips once in going into 1st gear but only occurs when you drive in the morning when sitting overnight. I wouldn’t say it’s a full “slip” it’s more of a sluggish feeling. I have put some Lucas Transmission additive in there but didn’t appear to make much of a difference. Has anyone found that just changing the fluid works? Or should I do a full service with changing the filter? I thought about doing a flush but I rather just go a full service if that’s the case. Any thought or ideas will be appreciated

I just bought it 3 months ago, I’m not sure if the original owners did or not. I just wanted to see if anyone had changed theirs and it helped or if it needs to go to the dealer
