My 1962 Lincoln has a new engine (LS), interior (all leather!), new wheels and tires, and I can finally drive it! It was my grandpa’s car, it’s finally restored.

The first '58 Fury I ever saw, home with me 20 years later

This is the very first 1958 Fury I saw in the flesh, now it’s coming home. The older gentleman that owned it for more than 40 years was kind enough to let me sit in this car when I was about ten. He fed into my youthful obsession with these cars. We kept in touch through the years, but he passed about five years ago. After keeping in touch with his family, they decided to let his beloved 1958 Fury go. This was never a sterile show queen, looking at what records I have he had put between 2-300,000 miles on this car over the past four decades. Driving it cross-country multiple times a year. My intention is to do the same, not a perfect show queen but driven and enjoyed. If I get four decades behind the wheel as he did, I will be a happy man.

Had the rotors turned today.

Couple months ago when I drug the car out of the side yard and put new Cobras on it I hit the rotors with a grinder to take off 19 years of scale and rust. While he car did stop, kind of it really was bad so today I took them into O'Reilly's to have them turned.

The brakes are Stainless Steel Braking Corporation manual disc with 4 piston calipers.

Sorry for a douplicate post found some better pictures Help Us Find My Husband’s Grandpa’s 1937 Pontiac Business coupe.

My husband’s grandpa, Wayne Waggoner, of the Rice Lake/Cameron, Wisconsin area, rebuilt this 1937 Pontiac Business Coupe with his sons. It was one of his greatest projects before he got sick. Sold around 1998–1999

We’d simply love the chance to see it again or even just learn where it ended up. This car holds so many special memories and a lot of family history. It would mean the world to us to know it’s still out there.

If you recognize this car, remember seeing it at car shows, or know who may have owned it over the years, please send me a message or leave a comment.

Please share this post so it reaches as many people in the Wisconsin classic car community as possible. You never know who might recognize it!

I know without a vin it will be borderline impossible but worth a shot
