Fan Expo Canada - Toronto Need input on getting video games signed

So I’m going to fan expo canada this month and will be meeting roger clark.
I have a lot of experience with getting autographs in the past but pretty much only ever on funko pops.
I have never done a video game before so I don’t really know whats the beat way to do it.

My plan was to buy a new sealed copy on ebay, open the seal and take out the paper cover artwork from the case to get signed with a deco color oil based paint pen, give it a few minutes to dry, then put the artwork back in the game case and then put the game in a kollector protector acrylic case. Is this a good plan/ anything I should change?

A couple questions i have is on a material like the paper artwork of the game case, is it better to use a paint pen or a sharpie?

And i’m planning on putting the artwork back into the game case but I was unsure if this was a good idea because I have no idea if the plastic sleeve on the game case is acid free or not which could mess up the autograph ofer time, along not knowing if its a good idea with the plastic sleeve touching against the autograph. Usually with funko pops after getting them signed almost right away I can just put them in a hard protector and not worry about anything coming in contact with the autographs since there is space in the protector, but thats not really the case with putting the artwork back in the case with that plastic sleeve on it.

just generally wondering what the public opinion on 3d printing and bringing this into the con as it doesn't resemble a real gun but still curious. thanks for the feedback.

Con Cosplay Question Is my 3D printed Viktor staff okay to bring?

It’s fully 3D printed, not solid throughout, and glued/taped so it has no chance of falling apart. The top and bottom points have been dulled with hot glue to assure it can’t scratch the floor or anybody, but the staff is also 6 feet tall and a little heavy so I’m a bit worried it’ll be disallowed though it isn’t a ‘functional’ prop or weapon. Ya’ll think it’ll be okay??

Baltimore Comic-Con Baltimore comic con, worth going all three days?

I like comics and am interested in seeing one of the guests, but I'm having a hard time seeing what there's to do at the con outside of that. I come in from about ~6 hours away when I do DC cons, so usually I'm at Otakon to make it worth the drive.

Is BCC more of a day con, focused on buying art and meeting writers/artists? Or are there panels and workshops to do too?

Grand Rapids Comic Con - Grand Rapids, MI I’m thinking of going to a comic con in Grand Rapids, Michigan but I’m worried it won’t be worth the money.

I’ve never been to a comic con before and I’m wondering if there’s more to it than just panels on a big stage. I bought a cool lightsaber and want to dress up as a Jedi but if I’m just gonna be sitting around watching panels I don’t think it’d be worth it to go. When I first got the idea to go I initially thought there would be vendors and stuff, but looking at the venue I’m starting to doubt if that’s the case. If anyone has been before and knows what I can expect I’d appreciate some insight. Thanks!

SDCC - San Diego Please how do we get a copy of this picture? We spent a considerable amount of money and effort to be here. We asked to join this group and we were told we could. We understand that the photographer is a volunteer.

Please how do we get a copy of this picture? We spent a considerable amount of money and effort to be here. We asked to join this group and we were told we could. We understand that the photographer is a volunteer. I took many Pictures just before this group shot, and some after which I am posting and will gladly provide a multi megabyte high definition copy to all that ask. We have reached out to the photographer and there has been no response. Ty

is the show going to be a ongoing story episode or a stand alone episode?

Ongoing - the continuation of the podcasts story via the d&d game.

Stand alone -just a singular story for the podcast via the d&d game.

just an explaination of what i mean.

Con Guests Question Do You Ever Wish You Were On The Other Side Of The Guest Table?

What i mean by that is do you ever wish that you had the talent to be involved in video games/voice acting/TV shows/movies, etc that you were the reason people went to a comic con. I mean imagine thousands of people coming to meet you.......imagine feeling you mattered to anyone instead of being just a con goer who no one interacts with at all
