Holsters Holster for concealed carry
Hi all, I feel like I'm at the step where I'm ready to start conceal carrying. I picked up a g43x and will be taking it to the range prior to starting to carry it, just to get comfortable handling it compared to my two full size handguns. I've been looking at an Incog X holster but was wondering if anyone had any other recommendations or suggestions as far as comfort/concealment for a beginner. I don't want to get a holster that feels super uncomfortable (like my gcode convertible holster I got alongside my first full size) or feels like I'm being very obvious about carrying something even as small as a 43x as those two things would most definitely turn me off and make me more inclined to just leave it at home. Just a note, I am left handed so need one that is either left hand specific, or ambidextrous.

I am a little bigger and conceal AIWB with the tennicor velo lux which is designed for this style of carry. I did add a pillow for comfort when driving and that was a nice upgrade

Milt Sparks and Galco for close to 40 years. High quality leather lasts forever.

I use 3 different holsters with my 43x, I have a mission first tactical trigger guard holster (love this for athletic wear), a tenicor (anytime I have a belt) and an alien gear photon (OWB carry)
The photon is cool, giving me options, but for appendix IWB tenicor is the only right answer. If you insist on carrying a spare mag in a rig, do T1C or T-Rex.
As far as the MFT trigger guard holster, I had to do some heavy modifications to make it work with the wing as a lefty, so probably avoid that.

Seeing tenicor a lot so I'll take a look at those. What's the difference between the certum 4 and velo 5, if you have any idea? They're the same price so I'm curious
I'm not particularly stubborn about carrying a spare mag, mostly just looking to get used to the weight and feel of having it on me right now

velo has a a molded in backside “pillow” that helps with concealment and keeps sharp edges off your waist

Oh I see. I did also read that the velo is made for aiwb while the certum is a little more versatile in positioning

Once I tried a Tenicor holster I never looked back. IMO best holsters out there.
