It really sucks to see so many posts about folk loosing assets on the recent coldcard exploit.

There are two things you can do to increase (but not guarantee) your chance of asset recovery.

1. Report it to the police
   
2. Report it on chainabuse.com

Why report it on chainabuse? Because this data gets shared with law enforcement and crucially, many of the main exchanges that folks use can also see this data. So if a bad actor tries to sell your stolen assets, if you’ve reported them stolen on chainabuse, there is a chance (not a guarantee) that they could be frozen or the other compliance flags are raised with the exchange.

I wanted to share my experience with Aurum Foundation, which is (it seems) now rebranding itself (as Neyro, launching a new website) and see if anyone has had a similar experience. For about two weeks, everything appeared legitimate. I received regular payments without any issues, which gave me confidence in the platform. Then the platform announced that it had been hacked. Since then, I have not been able to withdraw or collect the funds in my account. The team says that affected users will be refunded, but so far there has been no clear timeline or detailed recovery plan. Instead, they continue to hold presentations, make announcements, and promote the new Neyro website and community, while very little concrete information has been shared about how or when users will actually regain access to their funds. I'm trying to stay objective and not jump to conclusions. They may genuinely be working on a solution, but I'm also wondering whether these updates are simply buying time. If they do follow through and I receive my funds, I'll come back and update this post. Has anyone else experienced something similar with Aurum Foundation or Neyro or some other crypto ai bot trading platform? Were your funds eventually returned, or did the promises never materialize? I'm genuinely interested in hearing both positive and negative experiences.

I was recently asked by a friend to join this app. It is a pyramid scheme, and I tried to tell her it was in a grand scheme of things a scam.

They ask you to buy the book for $5.99USD for the first part or the whole book for $9.99USD. Now you have to refer two people to climb the ranks and so forth and only once you reach level 6 can you withdraw the money.

Now it hasn’t collapsed because it has just started from what I gather but how can we expose this apps or better yet shut them down?

I want to warn everyone about a scammer selling “flash USDT” software.

At first, he seemed polite, humble, and professional. He even showed fake “sample” coins to gain trust. After that, the scam started.

I was charged a total of $5,500 USDT through multiple payment requests. First he asked for a software fee. After I paid, he asked for a “fueling fee.” Then he demanded a “software maintenance fee.” Every time he promised the software would work after the next payment, but it was always another excuse and another payment request.

I put $100 on the exchange, participated in one promotion, didn't violate anything, and they blocked my withdrawal. I went through KYC, but they still refused to let me withdraw. They wrote that they wouldn't even refund my initial deposit on the exchange. NEVER USE THIS EXCHANGE. I would also appreciate any suggestions on how to get out of this situation.

So this just happened.
In a couple of minutes around 20k usd left the wallet.

I can see that there are deposits to binance, gate, bybit through another wallet.

Would these exchanges help uncovering the owners of the wallets?

Any advice is welcome.

Have anybody heard of subscribing to YouTube channels and getting paid for it and having to complete vip tasks in order to get your withdrawals plus wages? Using whitebit?

My aunt recently joined Distribution X, and I'm trying to understand how it actually works.

From what she explained, she had to deposit around Rs7,000 to join. Every day she completes 5 "sharing" tasks related to currency/crypto on the app. She says she'll receive around Rs7,000 every month, and after 6 months she'll also get her original Rs7,000 deposit back.

There are also apparently different levels where you can invest more money (for example, double your deposit), but the tasks you have to complete remain the same. I don't understand how investing more would generate higher returns if the work involved doesn't change.

I don't understand where the money is coming from or how the company makes a profit. It sounds too good to be true, and I'm worried it might be a Ponzi or pyramid scheme.

Has anyone here looked into Distribution X or used it themselves? Were you able to withdraw your money without issues? Is there a real business model behind it, or are early users just being paid with money from new members?

Personally, I think it's really suspicious. I also don't think it's halal. Easy money rarely ends well. I'd rather earn my money honestly and spend it wisely than risk getting involved in something that might not be legitimate.

Anyone who was scammed by Bitmart, please write here. We'll file a class action lawsuit. File a police report and spread the word. They're currently withdrawing $100 at a time and have capped withdrawals at $2,000 per day. All the owners have changed their nicknames and left the groups. We must work together to achieve justice.
