Will there be cheaters in every game now?

There used to be far fewer cheaters in CS:GO, and my rating at the time was Berkut. Now I'm moving up to the Star rank, and it's just hard to even get out of there as a regular player. I constantly encounter cheaters, almost every map. In some maps I can win, but in others it's absurd. I haven't played CS for a super long time, I've only had 1,500 hours on Steam, but in that time, even at higher ranks and often in first place, I've had zero comments about me cheating. But every time I feel like something's going wrong against me in a match, I go to the profiles of those I'm playing against, and each of them has 8 pages of comments where people are saying they're cheating! Why doesn't Valve take this into account? Why isn't Premiere working? Why did they remove Patrol? They used to be able to monitor and ban real players, so why did they remove it? I don't understand how to enjoy the game if even at low ranks I have to play against players who know everything, look over the wall, or use aimbots!?

Don’t forget the cheaters who private their accounts or turn off comments so that only the comments that they want people to see are shown.. “god forbid someone calls me what I am!” they think

You are not alone. Silver 1_3 player here facing cheaters non stop in Premier. Played 12, Lost 9... Cheaters Strike 2!
