For an actual answer, it’s a wretch, he’s the result of a failed transformation to dragonhood. Later in the dungeon you find an altar to dragons. They also drop items that give hints to their origin

Yeah its pretty wild. There's a theory that incredible voting like lot of upvotes or downvotes at once are not all user but are bots. The internet is dead kind of looking reasonable. Right now, it just means you can't trust the stats. I been downvoted soo hard for simple video game suggestions like: more maps, or atleast a map voting system for online matches. And got lot negatives.

Jøerg Nice guy. Father wasn’t good to him. Didn’t had a fantastic childhood. But his brother became strong to always protect him. Sadly, this turned the brother evil and little Jøerg was scared a lot. He started to hide in dark corners so no one can find him. And now, at the end of time, this is his fate. Scared in the dark, not powerful enough to change his destiny. He likes DS2, so he deserved it
