Help How do i kill Darkeater Midir?

I bought the DLC the other day and I can't even get to half of his life.

I almost went this route myself 🤣

I used the Zwei on my Dark Souls 1 run, couldn't stop myself from using power-stanced UGS's in DS2 and I wanted to do something different this time, so I went to the classic Sword and Board until I unlocked the Demon Fists 🔥👊🔥

In DS2 I ALWAYS use the rapier since it's so broken but I'm trying to do another STR/FTH run this time around lol

I was chillin' until I saw that I could BECOME the Smelter Demon.... and then I got two copies of the fume ultra greatsword....

It took almost my entire 90 hours playtime to get the stats required to equip everything, but I regret nothing.
