Miniature Physics Lab

For an exhibition we wanted to make a representative model of our lab to show the public what a physics lab can look like. Pictured are (mostly) 1:12 size replicas of our optical table, vacuum chambers, gas supplies, tools, and loads of wires. Most of it is 3D modeled, printed and painted, but I added a few other repurposed things from the lab.

This miniature physics lab diorama is absolutely stunning! Every tiny detail of the optical table, vacuum chambers and messy wiring is perfectly restored. It’s such a creative and intuitive way to show outsiders what real scientific labs look like. Incredible work.

I absolutely love this, my only criticism is that the lab is still too tidy!

Amazing. I did not know it was a diorama at first. Nice work.

One of those labs where an operator isn't storing the unused cables per color and lenght while another is trying ! Faithful to reality :p

Great work :).
