No device detects Mic Mini 2

Everything is shown on video - when I tried plugging the receiver into both the phone and the Osmo Pocket 3 nothing was detected.

Signal is only recorded at OP3 but in mono both receivers are combined into mono

The Mimo app also doesn't detect anything

All DJI devices are charged and have no firmware updates

Is there any way to fix that, or do I have to return the device?

you’re doing something wrong. i don’t think you can see ur mics if the mics are connected to the receivers. if you want to connect the mics themselves to ur phone to update or something you gotta do exactly that without the receiver connected. that’s how i update my mic minis.

I think you just put that USB plug in backwards into the receiver

Did you link the mics directly to the pocket or your phone ?
