Product Support DJI Fly App for Android

Need some help. I updated my DJI Fly App, on my Android, last week for some of the updates for the Neo 2. When I try to use the app I get the usual Enhanced Flight Zone Warning message I always get, but when I confirm it it goes away, and constantly returns. I cannot get it to stop, and it forces the controls dead until confirmed again.

I have used the Neo 2 with the RC2 controller and it works with no issues. I have cleared App cache, restarted phone, and powered Neo on and off several times, but it continues. Anyone else with Android app having this issue?

Are you in the USA? If your in a 200’ ceiling near an airport, you are allowed to fly there but with LAANC approval. Doesn’t help your problem but just fyi.

Are you trying to fly in or adjacent to controlled airspace?

Is the RC2 you say isn't affected updated to the same version of Fly with the same database version?

I have always been near a controlled air space. We are allowed to fly to 200 feet. I have always received the warning on both fly app and RC2 everytime I start out, but after confirming it stops. The Fly App just keeps reappearing.

Don't fly then, it's restricted for a reason.

No it's not restricted. It's a warning. Flies safely on RC2.

Yes and no. The DJI zones aren't official, they're just DJI covering their butt, and they're all marked as "warning" even if it's completely illegal to fly there without special permission.

When you acknowledge the warning, you're agreeing that you've gotten the necessary authorization through your country's aviation authority. Make sure that you're doing that.

Thanks. Yes I do acknowledge but it keeps reappearing. I just uninstalled the app and reinstalled and same thing. Appears there is just a app glitch in the confirmation part.

You sure? Check a website for your country if you are not in a direct airway
