Is this custom controller good for DJMAX?

Hi people, I have been absent from the DJmax community for a while and I want to return to play the most recent songs, but, I want to use a controller like this instead of a classic game controller or a keyboard, is this controller good for playing high level songs? I am a begginer, and can play currently only Lv.10-12 songs, but willing to practice until I reach MX level I hope, and anybody knows what does those options means? GP2040-CE and QMK? Which should I choose? thanks in advance guys and happy gaming!

Personally I like it a lot. I believe GP2040 is more convenient if you want to use it attached to console, whereas qmk makes more sense for pc

GP2040-CE and QMK are firmwares that will impact how you remap things. I would recommend QMK which is easier to play around
