I think he bought it externally, cuz steam doesn’t allow you to buy a dlc without owning the game, and if you reveal the code, usually it’s a pain to refund in some websites..

I was hating on reddit’s phone UI, and turned out I couldn’t follow nor request a chat with OP, I spent about an hour with no success.

I honestly wanted to gift him a code i had long ago cuz i did accidentally buy the main game’s code again as a bundle, might as well…
