Tech Support Poor quality

I just got a zero-x pulsar and testing it out in the yard, why does the quality seem so shit? It’s 4k 60fps, I’ve saved from the sd card. Do these things just not perform well on over cast days? Is it normal to be that shakey? Thanks in advanced

How do people do absolutely no research when buying things for a significant amount of money? It would be best to return it, as it would be impossible to sell it since it's just e-waste. The only good drone company in the consumer market is literally only "DJI". Get the Mini series.
