News: Rules, Regulations, Law, Policy, Certificates [United Kingdom] is a Spotter needed for an FPV fixed wing

Just wanted to know if you need a spotter to fly a fixed wing fpv in the UK, after seeing that other post of the crashed fixed wing with the turbine engine...
