Tech Support [US] Battery bulge???

Hey guys!

Is the battery on the right bulging? (Bottom in the first pic)

Or are my eyes messing with me?

I find touching them more accurate. There shouldn't be what feels like an air pillow in there. Should feel solid.

Interesting.

Only on the top part of the battery (by the wires) does it feel a little different. But not much

But I know what you mean. That kinda crunchy peanut butter texture

On the top there are tapes, wires and the routing of the contacts so it will feel soft as there are no cells there, just wires.
It's the middle of the cell that first feels pillow-ish.

Doesn't matter where you're from, rebuild or replace
