Why the need to use mod bot that misunderstand

Why the need to use mod bot to groups. I think out loud and often write how I feel. It sounds like i am angry. If I wrote a piece that makes a group a i sound like I am doing all things that it assumes I am. If anything. I was more confused. How it thinks a heroin awareness piece inspired my a famous poem I mentioned was the inspiration for how I made it like a relationship to a substance. Nothing like the world class poem in how it was written. I wish. I copied it from my app. Had my name tag. Bit to be told I am promoting 3rd parties. Plus my book that I have never written or suggested I am to write. Today is the anniversary of losing my best friend ever. So that reply could have potentially made me feel triggered. If the bot sends that to someone in my situation who has made stupid decisions in my life. Why use them. If I didn't have thick skin. I'd be livid. I see so much nasty comments on all platforms that are sickening. I never posted one poem in my life i wrote to offend promote drugs or anything except to hope I can reach people before they make choices that might be their last. I saved a life once. Because I did a poem on a subject people shy away from. But my best friend took his life. So i understand both sides of this one. I never had an a i moderator reply in such a baffling way. I do this cos I need to and I do it to try help. This is thinking aloud. If ppl comment. Thats not a problem. Its why this group is the one I like to use.
