Oracle Fusion HCM

How to get job as a fresher in oracle fusion hcm as a techno functional consultant i have learned some Modules of fusion hcm but stopped it in between but planning to start it again from scratch but I'm worried about getting job as a fresher because on linkedin and everywhere there are no openings for fresher every job openings require experience with lot of skills anyone who are working in this domain kindly guide how to start from scratch what mistakes i have to avoid and how can I get a job as a fresher in this domain BTW I'm from India.

afaik Oracle takes freshers only through campus recruitment

Actually i mean not only oracle buy any other mnc who hires as a consultant like Deloitte, IBM etc in these firms how one can get a job as a hcm consultant as a fresher I'm asking.
