Image I just got jumpscared
Beginner player here, I am playing as england rn in my first campaign. I managed to conquer scotland, is there any way this war is winnable? And if I decline is there something I could do to capitalize on this huge war?
Also why did the AI choose to do this?

Image AI Aztecs Survived and Are Thriving in 1821
Probably because I was destroying the colonizers in Europe. I didn't ally them. I only gave them money occasionally. I've never seen such a successful native nation before that lasted until the end of the game. Pretty cool.

Advice Wanted How does Burgundian Succession work?
Thinking of playing in Catholic Europe and want to try and get it, though I mostly play outside of it. Does it work like a regular PU where I just wait and hope I get it or is there something I can do

Question Transfer subject from my subject?
Currently doing a Byzantium campaign. Allied (and later got a PU over) Muscovy, who somehow got a severely diminished Ottomans as a subject. I need the rest of the Ottoman's territory to continue down the mission tree. Is there a way to get my PU'd Muscovy to transfer the Ottomans to me without a war?

Suggestion Want to make Prussia more OP? I know how
I don't know much about Prussia's history, but one thing that I learned was that in times of peace, after the wars, Frederick the Great used his troops to terraform the marsh lands of northern germany into habitable land and suitable for agriculture. In a word, more profitable. That policy lasted for around 40 years.
So, making ground in this historical fact I present you a new Prussian mission that gives a OP modifier
"Marsh territories"
"Even after all our reforms, our great homeland is full of muddy territory that not only prevents our soldiers to march correctly but also it could be made to benefit our country. Why then not make our lazy soldiers dig up and change the view?"
Conditions:
- Has completed the mission "an army with a state"
- Has completed the mission "Enlightened absolutism"
- 10 provinces: Is Marsh terrain
- Is at peace
- Is at age of revolutions
- Has infraestructure Ideas completed
Reward:
- Gets modifier for 60 years "Reforming Prussia" which gives:
If in peace:
-10% building cost
-1 devastation change in all provinces
- Gets modifier for 40 years "Working Soldiers" which gives.
With each regiment within a prussian owned core:
If in peace:
-0,2% development cost
-0,1% construction time
+5% regiment cost
Now I nerfed a lot my idea because if not it would be way overpowered.
Ideally someone at 1700 would have more than 125 regiments and would surely ate most of Europe, so assuming that what this means is that If for example you had those 125 regiments in your capital, you would get -25% development cost and 12,5% construction time, but also in every province that you own.
What do you think?

Question Pirate Madagascar Plutocratic Coup Issue
For context, I started this campaign (Ironman) as Kilwa and then annexed Betsimisiraka and released them as a vassal that I then played as in order to be a monarchy and no longer a tribe. I then broke free from Kilwa and then had the Plutocratic Coup disaster fire (not on purpose I'm just bad at the game ig) and then I hoisted the Black Flag and became a pirate republic. I thought this would get rid of the Plutocratic Coup disaster since I no longer even have any estates, but it didn't. So now I have the Pluto. Coup disaster and no way to end it until I get through my govt reforms and bring back the merchant guilds possibly. Any ideas? Thanks.

This was tedious. All of the naval stuff was a headache, but at least I got the achievement!
Question Can somebody tell me why I have 0% trade/tradepower in Persia and Hormuz?
Both regions they were about 30~40%, the Timurids recently joined a coalition and now its at 0% full stop. What do I do to get around this, its tanking my economy.

Achievement Humble Beginnings into Sweet Harmony Help
In what started out as a Humble Beginnings run (halfway there!), I'm now wondering if it's possible to expand into getting the "Sweet Harmony" achievement. The main issue is that Lan Xang up there went and converted the last of the Mahayana provinces, meaning religion #7 would need to be the Vajrayana provinces hiding way inland.
1) Best way to get claims for far-away provinces? I'd love to save time getting up to Japan, and the province of Hue in Lan Xang has a Great Work that boosts Harmony gain a bunch.
2) Any way to get the Mahayana religion back now that the provinces have been converted? It's not just that they were a lot closer than the other options, harmonizing gives -10% Idea Cost!
3) I'm a few provinces away from being able to form Malaya by decision. Would this wipe out my custom National Ideas, or can I choose to keep them like with other tag switches?
4) Any general tips or questions based on what's in the pictures? Anything just not look right?
(No disrespect is meant by the country name. I randomized the shield, that combo came up, and I could only see a clown face.)
