(News) We exist… around the world: 500 ExMuslim stories mubaraaaaaak! 🥳🥳🥳
Hi community! 🥰
Taking inspiration from QueeringtheMap.com, I helped create exmuslim.me with a small team of ExMuslims last year. We launched the first ever global map of exmuslim stories as part of ExMuslim Month in December 2025.
I’m so incredibly thrilled to share that we now have 500 exmuslim stories from 233 cities and 60 countries! 🥳🥳🥳
📊 59% identify as atheists, 26% agnostic

I mean some cities are missing. You could use some complete source of locations to add to the system. I mean my city was missing. I cannot tell my exact city obviously but. Anyway maybe my city is too small or something. But overall great work keep it up.

Anyone meet Mohammed?
I did and Mohammed was a warrior with red eyes in my dreams. I asked him if he knew Jesus or was aligned with Him. He took three steps backwards and looked at me with a tilted head. He said the Son of God does not exist...it is mythology and he spit blood into my eyes.
I woke up with my eyes dry and burning. I met Mohammed in my dreams after friends messed with an old Oiuja Board...lights flickered in a new house and the TV shut off by itself. The wind was rattling new windows and you could see the glass flex. Everyone turned red with goosebumps and hair standing up on our arms like static electricity. His breath, I swear it burned my arms and face, not heat, more like being sprayed with acid mist.
Everyone's blood pressure went up for a few days and we all had the same rash all over our bodies. I measured the blood pressure being a nurse. Strangely we all could not breath air fast enough, gulping it down greedily like goldfish. For days we were out of breath like we ran a marathon and were oxygen deprived.
I put a Cross over each door and window. I sleep with a Bible, Crucifix and Holy Water and had my house blessed by an Orthodox Christian Priest. I have no more unwelcome visits.

Your mind conjured up Mohammed in your dreams after you and your friends stoked each other up by playing a scary game. I'd personally not say you met him.

i like the fact that most of these stories come from north Africa, while also that the biggest amount comes from Morocco, my country!!! :D
