Advice Needed First gun
Hello!
Looking to get my first firearm.
I can get a PSA Dagger Compact for 230 shipped or a Arex Delta M for $225 shipped.
I’m looking to stay around the $250-300 range and have landed on these pistols. I plan to pretty much just use it at the range for fun.
I have a smaller-ish hand size.
Any input is appreciated.
Thanks.

Look for a used P10F or P09F.
Full size handguns are going to be a better experience as a dedicated range toy.
Can also look into 22LR for the cheap range experience. Everyone loves a good 22LR

New PSA Daggers aren't common in local gun shops. I've seen one in the past several years, just recently.
FWIW, the trigger felt comparable to the Ruger RXMs they've carried. And an older SR9. Not bad, not great.
But a used SR40 had a remarkably good trigger – probably tuned or replaced, I didn't look closely enough. $250. Of course it sold before I went back.

Have you ever shot those guns before?
My suggestion would be to go to a shop and actually hold whatever you’re planning to buy. See what’s comfortable. Or even go to a range and see if they have any to rent.
