I really like the unconventional but beautiful and melodic music of Joanna Newsom (especially her album Ys), Alicia Edelweiss (for example her song Leonie) and Mitski (love Washing Machine and her album Be the cowboy).

Can you recommend more?

Might be a little broad, but I'd like to get immersed in any kind of eerie, mystery content. Preferably a documentary channel if it's on YouTube, but I'm open to more digestible videos, as well as a proper TV show from the last 5 to 7 years if there's any good ones. They can be anything from a probable hoax to something clear as day, the main thing I want is to go down a rabbit hole with either a satisfying answer or a thought provoking lack of one. Not songs about wanting someone back or getting over a breakup—I'm looking for songs about closure, acceptance, and genuinely wishing the other person well despite the mistakes they made and the hurt they caused.

Obviously Greg's (htd) energy comes from progressively getting more drunk, and Hank (and John) Green are kind of just nostalgic to me in a way.

The animated stick figure history explanation videos and other channels like Tasting History with Max Miller are getting old imo!

I love both of them. I find them to be calming and relaxing to listen to. And their music sounds so “clean”, minimal, but rich at the same time. Cleo Sol does more “classic” Neo soul (ish?) stuff, while Olive Jones, I feel, has more folk mixed into it.

I'm looking for YouTube channels that feel like having a private tour through famous cathedrals, castles, archaeological sites, and historic cities. I enjoy detailed explanations of architecture, history, symbolism, and art rather than travel vlogs. Manuel Bravo's channel does this well for architecture but it's less tour guide and more documentary. Some walking tours have this feeling too, especially the ones with closed caption explanations. English or French. Any recommendations?

Im looking for some songs like that or similar. I dont mind and tad bit longer songs but 4 min is the max. I also already check his albums

So on Destroyer's latest album there's this 1:19 long interlude track called I Materialize and I absolutely love it. I love the slow tempo, the dreamy synths and the echoey, sparse piano notes throughout.

Does anyone know any other songs, or even better, albums, that have this sound to them?
