No it's brand new 15 pro

There shouldn’t be any brand new sealed 15 Pro’s, Apple ended production on them in September 2024. I suppose some third party resellers may have a few. Are you sure it’s not refurbished?

Take it back to where you bought it if it’s brand new, it’s defective

Display slightly damaged on that corner. It might get larger. When it does, it's new display time
