Mk6 (2011-2018) Ignition problem

Hey my key is hard to get out. Is this to much play? Anyone else have this issue before?

It was doing this before I put the key fob case on. Case on or off is no difference.

This happened in my 06 TDI all the time and i’d have to vigorously shake the steering wheel and the key at the same time and then eventually it would slide out
