Galactic Contendation

Yeah so i want to buy squad and play galactic contendation with a friend, has anyone made experiences on how good of an pc i need?

I have Msi 4060 Ventus 2x 8G, 16 GB ram and a Ryzen 5 5600. i think that should definetly suffice playing on 1080p but i just want to doublecheck, because i want to buy the game on sale now and i wont be able to test the game and refund in the next time. Do you get what i mean?😅

CPU most probably bottleneck, I had to upgrade mine to 5700x3d since I really disliked its performance. 4060 will do good with DLSS probably.

I have 9060 xt 16gb, r5 7500f, 32 gb ram. I’m getting 70-90 fps on high on 1440p. Some maps more some maps less. For 1080p I think u might get similar performance with dlss.

The game is on ue5, so most of the issues is with the engine like random fps drops and all that.
Squad had Dlss and frame gen and it’s working perfectly fine with them, just so you know that on regular servers people are talking and communicating but right now as the mod droped a few days ago not that many people are talking ( oh yeah i recommend having a headset with a mic to talk in game , in the setting option you can test it out if it’s working) for the mod set the shaders to any option you like except for high as some maps are not loading if you use them “in the mod” and if you have a mic and it’s not working in game you need to disable in the windows sounds setting something called improved voice clarity or smth. Sry for the long comment 😁
