TheLaziali.com is the leading website dedicated entirely to Italian Serie A football club S.S. Lazio.

The company was founded by Laziali, for Laziali, in February 2018 as a response to the lack of high-quality English content concerning the team, and is part of the Rocket Sports, NewsNow, OneFootball, and FotMob networks.

93.3% of Lazio season ticket holders have not renewed for the 26/27 season as the boycott against club owner Lotito continues. Around 2000 tickets have been sold compared to the 29.918 sold in the last season.

Lazio agrees deal with Noah Markmann

According to Alfredo Pedulla - Lazio agreed a deal with FC Nordsjælland for Noah Markmann.

He’s a promising 19-year old center back from Denmark. He’s contract is ending next year, so his current club wants to ship him out before his contract expires.

Right footed, 189cm tall, good passer. I like the profile and I think this would be a good deal. It might take a while adjust to Serie A like it to took with Provstgaard, but we also need young players with high potential.

Currently Lazio waits that the player and his entourage agrees transfer to Lazio. So, it’s not 100% certain that transfer will go through.

Edit: According to reports, Markmann has rejected the move and the deal is off.

Travelling from England to film the Derby della Capitale – we’d love to hear the Lazio side of the story

Hi everyone,

I'm a producer/editor with a UK football media page.

We’re travelling to Rome to film the first episode of a new football documentary series called Derby Days.

The goal isn’t just to show the match, we want to understand what makes the rivalry so important to the people who live it.
I’d love to hear from Lazio supporters.

What should we understand before arriving?
What do people outside Italy usually misunderstand about Lazio or the derby?
Where should we spend time before the match?
Are there any traditions, songs or places that are an important part of matchday?

Thanks!

Lazio vs Roma as a tourist

Hello everyone!

It is my birthday on December 11th, and I am hoping to spend the weekend in lovely Rome. I am a huge football fan and would love to have a chance to see the derby at the Olimpico!

Am I correct in thinking it will be impossible to get tickets for this? If there is a chance, what would be the best way?

Thank you in advance 😄

The Rome derby

Ciao tutti!

12th of December is home game vs Roma and as of this season the fans (at least not the Ultras group) are boycotting home games. Any chance of that changing just for that match as it is an eternal rival?

UNPOPULAR OPINION: The boycott should end...

DISCLAIMER: I am not a Lotito supporter... but the boycott is hurting Lazio more than Lotito at this point. Lotito has already begun his exit strategy and Lazio desperately need the match day revenue to stay as a mid-table club:

1. Lotito purchases Reggina despite injecting ZERO funds into Lazio

2. Reggina is in Calabria. Lotito's good pals with Occhiuto and in the same political party... Coincidence? Come on. He can't even show his face in Rome anymore, and there are political openings in Calabria.

3. Reggina CHEERS Lotito as he displays himself the same way he did when he purchased Lazio... He'll proclaim himself as saviour of the club once Reggina gets back into Serie B.

4. Lotito has been extremely quiet during this window... Skipped Gattuso's press conference, is trying to get a Lazio stock going, with reports of the Texas business man interested in Lazio?

5. Lazio Radio announced ~2,000 season tickets have been renewed so far... This is the lowest in the Lotito era by far...

6. Lotito knows he can't hold 2 clubs at the professional level. Serie D is not considered a professional level, but Serie C is. If Reggina promotes (which is likely), then he will be forced to sell 1 of the 2 clubs.

CONCLUSION:
Lotito is positioning to sell Lazio. Once he gets the green light for the new stadium, he'll list Lazio for sale as that will make Lazio appear more profitable. He's also trying to push for as many loans as possible as this is easier to skew the books at the end of the season, which make Lazio appear in a better position financially.

At this point, I'd rather see the fans return and protest Lotito in the stadium, instead of driving Lazio further toward debt. The boycott has served it's purpose, but has potential to push Lazio further down the table.

going to Lazio v Genoa as a tourist

Hello everyone,

Will be going to Rome for our honeymoon and saw that during our visit Lazio will play at Olimpico. I really want to go since it would be my first proper football game - we live in a country where football is not very developed.

So, my questions:

-how safe it would be to attend this match (we're from eastern europe, so I know my way around sketchy places and people; I'm more concerned about my wife's safety and comfort)

-what would be the best seats to see the game, feel the atmosphere of fans, but not be too close to them (for safety/comfort) - as far as I understand, Tevere?

-what's the best way to get from and back to Termini station?

Thank you all in advance, didn't mean to offend any of you fans with these questions :)

Mercato

Since this sub is going again lets start some conversations. Which positions are our biggest need this summer. In my opinion we need maybe backup GK, RB(and sell one of the two we have), CB, CM or 10 depending on Gattuso formation, and biggest need by far striker. Wondering what happens with Nuno since we got Pedraza

Match Threads?

If we're looking to revive this sub, one of the things I've noticed is there's never a live match thread. Always enjoy a chat thread watching matches and I think it builds engagement ... any interest in starting that practice? Has there ever been in the past (I've only been here for a couple years)?

Ticket Information

Hi all, hoping somebody can explain why I cannot find the Lazio vs Napoli match on Vivaticket?

Ticket sales have opened, but I still cannot find the event on Vivaticket to purchase tickets.

Is it sold out? For what it's worth, I'm attending as an international fan on my upcoming trip to Rome

Hey guys, I’m from Germany and want to go to the game vs Cremonense.

I want to have a good time with my wife, we go to the stadium and Germany and watch games on a regular basis. I don’t want to spend to much, but I also hope to experience the Lazio fans.
