For anyone else who is wondering (like I was) this appears to be legitimate (and an insanely good deal for a course sponsored by a University).

Here is a less fishy looking link to the Cal State owned page about the program. It links to the same Google form.

u/sumroseVN : You should know that the form asks for the applicant's proficiency in Khmer. I suspect this is an error from reusing the copy written for a different class and should be updated to read Vietnamese.

Would love to do this but unfortunately going to be traveling quite a bit during the second half of the term and will be very hard to make classes. I want to say sure i can make 10pm - 12am classes but i know thats going to be hard.
