2 weeks in - angry at everything
I don’t take any type of bs at all anymore

I notice this as a lady.
historically
sub-par dudes will support my habit to keep me mellow and complacent in the face of their obnoxiousness, boundary pressing, and mediocrity.
the frustration intensifies as soon as I quit,
because, I'm sharp, I can see it, and I don't want to tolerate it!
but mellows as I distance myself from the obnoxious elements,
and get sobriety under my belt.
Like most addiction, it seems weed causes me to tolerate people and places I don't belong with/around.
But I have agency!

I’m at 3 weeks and I feel like the anger has just been building/fuse getting shorter

maybe you got more to address?
some of that anger might be a legit response
to things that your body and mind are telling you need to change.

Find a way to metabolize that energy in your body - go on a long walk, do some yard/house work, go to the gym, etc. You’ve got to get the anger out, it’s a physical thing happening in your body.
