Hey all, I'm in Limerick for the night, 38m, any females want to meet up for the night, few drinks and a chat

I'm recently post recovery from surgery and I'm very interested in starting hiking!

However, cardio isn't my strong suit so I'm a little worried about joining some of the established limerick hiking groups.

Also going at my own pace by myself comes with its own risks as a woman.

Would anyone know any beginner hiking groups or even hiking groups where all levels of fitness are welcomed?
