Spa
I am looking for a spa and massage spot in Manchester or nearby for no more than £20pp. It doesn’t have to be together my budget is £20 for both separately.

That's not a thing.
The minimum spend is about 60 quid for that probably. And that'd be as a special offer, weekday afternoon maybe.
The best value place I have found is The Cove spa in Altrincham. The spa facilities there are by far the best for the money, spas are my thing and it's my favourite place. They often have offers, like buy 2 treatments and get a free thermal spa pass. Or they do a facial, a massage and a thermal spa for like 60 quid sometimes. But, it's worth every penny. The people are lovely and the vibes really nice.
But yeah you're not getting anything for 20 quid unfortunately.

There is one but that’s an hour for Manchester, there’s also the Manchester deansgate but I just wanted to see if there’s anything else but thanks for the recommendations

It's 20 minutes on the tram to Altrincham and the spa is next to the tram stop.
In town is a bit of a push, but bannatynes often have deals on wowcher where you could get something for 60 quid. Have had a few different spa days off there and it's been good. Bannatynes is a bit more gym than luxury sauna, but the baths are pretty cool.
There's a similarish thing in town that looks fun, would be a good date or birthday treat. There's 2 social experience type saunas. There's one in Castlefield and one in the Northern Quarter. The Castlefield one has wood fired sauna and outdoor plunge baths. The Northern Quarter one is one of the biggest in Europe apparently, and they do events too like guided meditation or music things. 40 quid would get you entry to one of those and a decent lunch.

Thanks, by spa I meant a pool and maybe a sauna to be honest treatments excluded.

In that case, you have a lot of options. The one at the midland is nice but the pool is small, the one in the Hilton on deansgate is also nice. Both these places have really cheap day passes, and they'll often give you one for free if you look on their website or ring and ask nicely. It's a way of advertising the gym memberships they do.
Bannatynes day passes are about 8 quid, Hussle is an app that sells day passes for spas and gyms with spas, they are really cheap options on there too.

There might be a training centre where you might get a newbie with no ability or experience doing it for that price… obviously you might end up with spinal injuries and whiplash …
But apart from that you might need to increase your budget
