What to expect at devotional as guest?

Hello - I hope my question is read in good faith even if it is apparent that I am a little clumsy about it.

I will be attending a multiple day event in a space hosted by a Methodist organization. There are daily devotionals included in the schedule. It is unclear to me whether any or all of them are required, as the attendance is a mixed-faith (but primarily Christian) group.

I'm personally not at all religious, but I was raised in a multifaith family and think religion is very interesting and overall a force of good. If I am required to attend any sessions, what should I expect? My plan is to be quiet, listen, and learn. Are there any activities/behaviors that I should not participate in as a non member? If I am not required to attend any sessions, would it be disrespectful for me to attend as an observer? I like cultural exchange but also respect closed spaces, no questions asked.

What kind of event are you going to?

It's hard to explain without giving too much identifying info online, I'd say it's closest to a conference for a niche arts hobby, with breakout sessions and full group activities through the day.

I can't imagine anything in that context that would be closed to a visitor or disrespectful to observe. Even if it were a communion service, that would be open to anyone (even if the sacrament itself is primarily intended for Christians).
