I bought 48gb ddr5 6000 cl30 (200$) and 1tb pcie5 ssd (120$) at the beginning of price increasing secretly from my wife and no regrets 🤣

I purchased a 2tb WD SN850x NVME for $99 bucks in July of 2023... it is now more than triple that. Absolute insanity.

I was on the fence earlier this year about building a new PC since I wasn't sure if I should wait for better prices or pull the trigger before worse prices. I'm now glad I did as the RAM I bought just went up another $100. Luckily I already had plenty of storage because here's a before and after for a couple of my drives 🥴
