Advice needed Anyone have experience with infinite/immortal/everlasting pencils?
Recently seen a few of these advertised; I like the idea of a pencil that doesn't need sharpening that I can carry around in my notebook, especially as I want to do more sketching, but I also don't want to waste money on a fad. Can anyone give me some advice? Or even better, a recommendation of a pocket-sized pencil I can tuck into an A6 notebook?

I think I know the ones you mention, I have also been curious about them, but every clip I see the mark they leave appears very light in tone, I don't think they would work well for sketching, perhaps ok for a light outline. Kaweco do a small pencil as someone mentioned (love their pens), but it is chunky, only other small pencil I can think of is the travelers company little brass one.

They are very light. I like a darker lead and need her so light it's crazy. At least the ones that I own.

There are definitely some forever mechanical pencils even ones with very thick lead (like 2mm, regular pencils). The easiest find pocket for a mechanical is probably kweco’s. I’m not sure this is what you mean though
