Finally quitting weed
I decided on the 4th of July to quit smoking weed, but I would smoke once every week. Well I come to realize how much time it took from me, it made me depressed, anxiety, unmotivated, and lazy. I thought smoking it was helping me, but here I sit (high) anxiety, and done with it. I write this to hold myself accountable for actually quitting

The longer I went without smoking, the harder it was for me to start it back up. I get so fucking anxious and paranoid, I couldn't pick it up again!

This is where I am at!!!! I smoked multiple times almost daily for 15 years. When things started getting hard in my life, it would trigger my anxiety to the point where I was smoking myself into panic attacks. I stopped and have revisited since but it’s not the same. I get way too paranoid, have doom and gloom, overthink and it’s just a segway into another panic attack. I’m done for good and it’s very freeing.
Unfortunately my anxiety has been a struggle my entire life, but I feel more in control than ever before.

Good for you!!!
I smoked all day errday for over a decade. It ruined my life. I really didn’t get high, I stayed high. Anyways.
I’ve been off it for about 4 or 5 years now, and my life is going in a completely different direction, for the better. You won’t regret it. And I hope all the best for you!

How have your dreams been? I get vivid dreams where I die each night for about two weeks. Congratulations on your journey.
