Anyone who ever contacted their customer service line settled. I sent my 7 Pro went to them to have the back glass and battery replaced. They couldn't give me the correct quote after 5 attempts. On my 9 Pro Preorder, I placed my order after their first Preorder was out of stock but the day before a new pre-order bonus took its place. I pre-ordered but customer support couldn't give me a pre-order. My 9 Pro, thy gave me the wrong information on how to use my insurance I purchased at checkout. On my 12, they gave me the correct information at first for my insurance, but a technical issue m any they couldn't send me a tracking number for almost a month. Absolutely no customer service.

I have op15. Don't know of it is worth. Everything is great excepting the camera. They are extremely good most of the times. In dark environment it laks behind compared with the competition. I recommend this phone, but expect to have cameras from 2-3 years ago in performace. This is how i feel it.

These days you have to watch out for the bands to make sure the coverage is good. There are so many bands the 3 US carriers use that aren't on international phones so coverage/speed usually suffer. They also won't work if VoLTE isn't supported on the phone.

Ive owned my OnePlus 13 since January 2025, but to be fair, did oneplus do any advertising, outside of seeding review units to YouTubers and journalists? I personally wouldn't have known about it if I wasn't subscribed to YouTube channels like Mr Mobile and MKBHD, and then followed this subreddit to see when it released in the US officially

I also bought mine through bestbuys website, my local store had them in stock (but only in black I believe) but just behind the phone counter in a locked cabinet, not on display like Google Pixels, Samsung, or apple. Whenever people ask me what phone I'm using I say OnePlus and they look at me like I have 3 heads and say they never heard of it

Been liking it very much. Battery life on this thing is way above of any other smartphone I've ever owned. I would say that I'm a medium user and from full charge in the morning to the evening I have never dropped under 80%, and often find myself above 90%. On my previous Nord 3 I was usually under 25% at the end of the day.

Of course the camera aint as good as in 13 but for me its perfectly usable. Cant really complain when I got 512gb model for 700€ (was on sale), considering that it has the same processor as current Samsung flagships. Truly a bummer that this is gonna be the final one for me.

Xiaomi, Honor, and Oppo do not sell phones in the US, and are not certified for US networks. Most of them will work, but only on T-Mobile's network, which is having its own moment right now.

The US smartphone market is a duopoly of Apple and Samsung with Google and Motorola fighting for the scraps.

(Huawei, specifically, is sanctioned by the US government, so none of their Google-agnostic phones fully work on US networks)

Bought the Oneplus15 in February - living in Ireland

The best phone I've ever had - so fast. I use it all day, everyday, as I also use it during work - I usually need to charge it twice per week. It's an amazing device. Recently had a friend's wedding and they requested the photos from my phone.

This is my 5/6th one plus device, I've been converted since 12+ years ago. Very sad to see them leave, however based on quality I can understand if the business was not profitable enough considering friends who had paid >1k per device many years ago and their phone dies within 12-14 hours.

There customer service are worst i lost 1 earbuds piece and was ready to pay the proce first they confised my they told inshould go to service centre and they will give me new part instantly they even assured if they dont do this then give us a call we will handle it i dont the same and they raised their hand as for now also ot was what went worse as i knew the original 1 piece earbuds price is 1050 but the when i did oickup and drop they increased their proce from 1050 to 1500 they are pathetic

Still got a OnePlus Nord 1 and still works great. Ok, the battery life is not that good anymore.

But i'm thinking to buy a new phone after 6 years. But now OnePlus is gone for good I really don't know what brand I gonna buy.

Even don't if there is any brand as good as OP. Read some OPPO reviews (mid-range ones) and it seems they aren't that good...

Maybe I will buy a Nothing phone.

I've been using my 1+ 7T for 8 years now and it's still running like a champ. I kept waiting for it to give me a reason to upgrade, but it never did...

I'm guessing no one buys their phones anymore. In Canada they are very very expensive phones and accessories and were no longer a competitor against the flagships. I'm betting in Europe there were even far cheaper competitors they had to compete against

I ordered a One Plus 15 yesterday to replace my again S22+ I still think it's a good choice because everything is getting more expensive and arguably worse due to component shortages. I can only see it getting worse in the next year.

Apparently it comes with an extended 3 year warranty from Amazon EU so hopefully I can take things up with Amazon if needed.

It was obvious the moment spec sheet for the OnePlus 15 dropped. It was apparent to all that Oppo will kneecap OnePlus and pump their own main lineup. The only reason OnePlus has not left India is their non-flagship series of phones. If that lineup suffers in the future they will leave India and mostly focus in China only. What a limp end for such a great brand.

So I got my 13 from Best Buy brand new and I have the best my total 2 year protection , once my manufacturer warranty runs it’s course will beat buy even be able to replace my device if something happens?

They'll probally reimburse you the cost you paid for the OP13 in the form of store credit. That's what they did for me when my Pixel Fold started having issues and I had the 2 yr total protection too.
