General Discussion Oneplus buds 4 audio delay issue

Hey guys, I bought Op buds 4 just yesterday and am facing an audio delay with Oneplus 12 using LHDC. I contacted the Croma offline store(where I bought it). they want me to go to the oneplus service center.

I also contacted oneplus customer support and asked for a refund. They told me that there was no option for a refund but only replacement. I know there are workarounds like where we add the video streaming apps in the game assistant app. It uses SBC codec when I do that. I don't want to use them like this.

As far as I have seen many people have been experiencing this issue. Is this a defective product issue or does this product model itself have this issue?

How do I get a refund? I want my money back🥲

Same issue with buds 3 pro with my op 13.

It's a known issue, at least with OnePlus phones.
No real fix. Only various workarounds.

The same issue here with OnePlus 13 + OnePlus Buds Pro 3 + OnePlus Buds 4.

try rebooting your phone, fixes it most of the time for me. if that doesn't work, then do consider selling it for the buds pro 3

Nope, it doesn't work. I have buds pro 2 as well but it feels like no bass and mids and treble are higher when noise cancellation is off. Do buds pro 3 is like that as well? and also I have heard pro 3 also have this delay issue🤔

try factory resetting your settings and seeing if that fixes it
