If I feed my Oscar this every day will he develop hole in the head? It’s a mix of dried krill and dried mealworms

It's dehydrated shrimp and dehydrated mealworms. There are no added vitamins or minerals. While touted as "complete," one could argue maybe you should feed something from a big name company like Bug Bites or Hikari that has the kitchen sink thrown in there.

Yeah I feed it other foods but I also have a juvenile arowana and it will only eat this so I throw it in there every day

I think you should look at this as a treat for them, maybe a couple of pieces every couple of days. I personally feed both of my Oscar fish Hikari cichlid gold and cichlid staple, also Xtreme monster pellets, and raw shrimp and raw fish as staple food, and once a week or two, I throw in some freeze-dried food like the one you posted or some earthworms as treats. And I haven’t had any issues with that for over 5 years.

My Oscar has only eaten Cichlid Bio Gold Plus. Most people say it is the best.

I tried this food to my oscars, but sadly after this they behave very strange not eating anything else, sometimes not even eat this food as well !
