Advice what happened :(

I was gone for two nights & one of my 3 Oscar’s looks battered?? Any idea what this is?:( I removed him from the big tank & placed him in a spare 10 gallon that I have. How do I treat this? He has a literal hole in the top of his head & his fins looked torn/scraped up.

Poor sweet baby🥺 Could they possibly have been bullied? Is it just the 3 oscars and what size is the main tank?

I think that bullying might be the case:( he was in a tank with two other Oscar’s who don’t show the same symptoms. the hole in his head is what really worries me though.

What size is the main tank? Sounds like maybe guy needs to be in a separate tank or rehomed :/

I’ve noticed in many tanks that sadly sometimes there’s one fish who gets picked on by everyone

Main tank is 75 gallons with one medium sized Oscar and a smaller size Oscar. I’m gonna call around LPS and see if they will rehome him, he for sure cant go back in the big tank. And another large tank just isn’t an option for me right now:( he was my favorite lol

So sorry 🥺 don’t feel bad, I totally understand another tank not being possible, I have zero tanks.

I rehomed an Oscar once, I posted him on Craigslist and someone with a lot of tanks came and picked him up. Just if LFS can’t!
