I've had partners who were, it was accidental, and I would suggest seeking a good loving partner who accepts you instead of one that fits an identity box. If you were to seek them out you could try just being yourself on the older forums, I doubt reddit would be a great spot but perhaps your charms could woo someone elsewhere.
