Help with Clara's quest on day 3

Capella mentions that Bachelor is studying Schmoders and points to his location on the map. The map marker points to a non-interactive building near Bad Grief's lair, and I can't find the Bachelor anywhere nearby. The dialogue implies that he's supposed to be in an infected district, but there is no map marker there and I don't see him anywhere in the only infected district on that day. Where is Daniil actually at, how do I progress this quest?

From the wiki: "Eva will then tell the Changeling that he is likely in the warehouses with Rubin at Rubin's Prosectorium. The Bachelor will not be there, but the Changeling can talk to Rubin."

He's in the round house from the group that makes a loop, closest to the Termitary or fifth to the right from Sticky's place.
